Every Dark Economic Cloud has a Silver Lining

TFT's Jumbo Ball Gate Valve in now available in a shorter, more compact, model and it still flows at rated capacity 2000 GPM.Â The hand wheel needs 7-1/2 turns to close, meeting NFPA slow close requirements and is easily mounted on either side.

•	Shorter design for NFPA compliance on the sides of apparatus.
•	Valve has a huge 5-1/4 inch diameter waterway giving low friction loss to maximize flow.
•	Friction loss is 3 psi at 2000 gpm.
•	Designed for pressure or vacuum service on a pumper. Maximum operating pressure is 250 psi. Meets 900 psi hydrostatic strength test.
•	All the components on the wet side of the valve are made of stainless steel for additional corrosion protection.
Hose coupling and truck connections are attached to the valve using polymer bearing rings which provide electrical isolation to help prevent galvanic corrosion. Includes TFT's adjustable pressure relief valve with a discharge that can be directed one of four ways and meets NFPA 1901 (2009 Edition). Available with many combinations of Storz and threaded connections.

•	Water Thief is a lightweight valve with full 2 1/2 and 1 1/2 inch waterways. 250 psi operating pressure from either side of the valves.
•	TFT's Siamese are more efficient for LDH flow systems. Maximum operating pressure is 250 psi. Meets 900 psi hydrostatic strength test.
•	Gated Wye with its unique twin 2 1/2" waterways (the largest ever), there is less than 10psi loss at 1000gpm
•	Quarter Turn Hydrant Valve is a lightweight valve with a full 2 1/2 inch waterway. 250 psi (17 bar) operating pressure from either side of valve.
