CNC Mill Set-up Operator

Task Force Tips prides itself on being a worldwide industry leader in the design and manufacture of high tech fire suppression equipment.  We are seeking a full-time CNC Mill Set-up Operator.  The shift is 3:00PM – 11:30 PM.  Testing will be given.
Reports daily at beginning of shift to supervisor for assignments and instructions. 
Discusses with previous/next CNC Operator, as applicable, the status of existing job on assigned machines.
Reads and interprets measurements of parts using various precision instruments, including calipers, micrometers and gauges.
Turns on and ensures proper warm-up of assigned CNC machines before beginning jobs.
Loads/unloads parts and bar feeder on assigned CNC machines, including unlocking, opening, loading, feeding, closing, relocking and starting machines.
Gauges first part produced on each job on assigned machines, ensuring dimensions conform to print specifications.
Safely and properly operates various CNC machines according to all Department rules and regulations, including safety and emergency policies and procedures, often operating more than one machine at the same time. 
Periodically gauges parts during each job to ensure continuing conformance to specifications.
Set up CNC machines including tool installation, make offsets, program upload/download and adjusting as necessary to maintain part quality.
Set up peripheral equipment such as bar loaders and/or 2nd op fixtures and machines.
Ensures assigned CNC machines maintain continuous production of parts, including monitoring machines during production and starting new parts immediately upon completion of each cycle.
Monitors assigned CNC machines during production, observing/listening and immediately notifying supervisor of suspected malfunction.  Identifies and resolves problems as indicated.
Regularly inspects assigned CNC machines and performs routine maintenance, including greasing, oiling and adding coolant as needed.
Trains and closely monitors CNC Operator I personnel in reading and interpreting blueprints, properly using precision measuring instruments, safely and properly operating assigned machines and recognizing indicators of machine malfunction.
Maintains clean and orderly work area, including washing the machines, sweeping chips, mopping floor, removing chips, oil and spills.
Disposes of waste material, including unloading chips from cans into hopper, dumping boxes/tubs into cans.
Properly utilizes MTNET and the documentation it provides.
