Returning An Item For Service

Returning an item for service is easy!

1. Complete the electronic form below
2. Complete, print, and include a copy of the Return for Service Packing Slip in your return shipment

If a customer declines repair after receiving an estimate, the item(s) can be scrapped at TFT or returned to the customer at their expense. 

Once your return request has been submitted please ship your item(s) to:
